No. You are only charged for the input and output tokens consumed by successful requests. Errors and refusals do not incur a fee. Streaming and function calling are included in the standard token pricing.
Can I use this API for video generation?
This is a text-only LLM API. It is designed to generate text, such as prompts, scripts, or metadata, which can then be used to drive video generation tools. It does not generate video files itself.
